2024=8
The number 8 in numerology is all about abundance, success, karmic lessons and stepping into our power. This year is more achievements based, it will be the year of taking responsibility for our own actions and putting in the work to create the life that we have been dreaming of.
2024 is all about using your energy intentionally, your main goals in life and people who genuinely treat you right will get clear priority.
New horizons and much expansion. The journey is inner and deeper.

January Online Soundbaths
Taking lessons from last years weather and natures restrictions where I now reside, I will be running 2 online sessions in January, one on the
11th on New Moon and another on the 25th on Full moon.
Enjoy a deeply healing sound bath from the comfort of your own home! Surprisingly effective through earphones!
These will be run on Zoom at 1pm on each date – if you would like to attend but cannot make the time you will still be able to access the recording.

Tone of the Heart
On February 14th I will be hosting an incredibly special raising of vibrations! Celebrating World Sound Haling Day, we will expand our heart centers through movement, toning & sound and create a powerful collective consciousness to send healing throughout the globe.
All under the roof of the stunning Great Barn at Hellens Manor.

Sonic Essentials 1 Day Workshop
I am excited to be running another Intro to Sound Therapy Workshop
on Friday 23rd Feb, Birmingham Buddhist Centre.
This is a great taster day for anyone wanting to delve a little deeper in to how Sound Therapy works. You may be considering enrolling on some practitioner training and not sure whether to take the plunge… perhaps you want to add some basic tools to your already existing holistic practice, or maybe you just want to learn some techniques to use on yourself & your loved ones.
