Why your personal data will be processed?
Sharing your personal data with me, Soesen Edan at “Edan Sound” (referred below as “I” or “Me”) acting as data controller, enables Me to send you information about your enquiries and session details, and if you subscribe to my mailing list, enables me to send you information in this regard. I will, with your permission, also take notes during our consultation together (referred below as ‘Consultation Data’). This will include any contraindications to sound healing you may have.
What does the personal data include?
Personal data includes first name, last name, email address, telephone or mobile number (if necessary), contraindications or health issues that I need to know about for the sound session, therefore health information and notes made during the session.
How do I collect personal data from you?
Through direct interaction with me, for example when you enquire about a consultation, during a consultation, when you sign up for my mailing list, when you write to me, and when you give feedback or post comments or leave a review.
How long do I keep your personal data?
For the Consultation Data, your personal data will be kept safely on a password protected database, for a period of 2 years, after which time it will be deleted from my database. For the data related to the mailing list, data will be kept 6 years after which it will either be anonymised or deleted.
Who do I share your personal data with?
I will not share your personal information with any third parties. This website contains links to other websites. I am not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites.

I may process your personal data in order to comply with applicable laws (for example, if I am required to co-operate with an investigation pursuant to a court order). Where legally permitted I will inform you ahead of such transfer. In relation to the above-mentioned processes, you have the right to request access to your data in a structured and standard format, for your data to be modified or for your data to be deleted. Children Age 13 and Under:
I recognise the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 13 and under. As such, if you are 13 years old or younger, I request that you not submit any personal information to the site. If I discover that a child age 13 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided me with personally identifiable information, I will delete that child’s identifiable information from my records. Nonetheless, I encourage parents to go online with their children.
Here are a few tips to help make a child’s online experience safer:
1. Teach children never to give personal information, unless supervised by a parent or responsible adult.
